The Biofusion Compounds Affiliate Program allows approved partners (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) to promote Biofusion Compounds products through approved marketing channels and receive commissions for eligible purchases generated through your referral links.
The purpose of the Program is to introduce qualified customers to Biofusion Compounds through legitimate marketing activities while maintaining accurate product information and responsible advertising practices.

Biofusion Compounds reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any Affiliate application or account at its sole discretion.
Approval into the Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, or joint venture between Biofusion Compounds and the Affiliate.

* Research applications
* Laboratory documentation
* Available product information

# 5. Affiliate Commissions
Approved Affiliates may receive commissions for eligible transactions generated through their unique referral links.

* The order must not be refunded, canceled, or subject to chargeback.

* Fraudulent content
* Hate or harmful content

### Trademark Abuse
Affiliates may not:

* Misrepresent themselves as Biofusion Compounds
* Modify logos or branding without approval

### Coupon and Discount Abuse
Affiliates may not:
* Create fake coupons
* Advertise unauthorized discounts
* Mislead users into believing special offers exist
* Use expired promotions as active offers

# 8. Affiliate Links
Approved Affiliates may use:
* Website links
* Social media links
* Approved banners
* Approved promotional materials
Affiliates may create their own promotional content provided that it:
* Does not violate this Agreement;
* Does not contain misleading claims;
* Does not violate intellectual property rights;
* Maintains Biofusion Compounds brand standards.

* Trademark keywords

Affiliates may not:

* Use misleading landing pages.

Affiliates operating coupon, discount, or deal websites must ensure that:
* Promotions are currently authorized;
* Discounts are accurately represented;
* Users are not misled into clicking unavailable offers.
Fake coupon pages, forced clicks, hidden redirects, cookie stuffing, and unauthorized tracking methods are prohibited.

# 11. Termination of Affiliate Account
Biofusion Compounds may suspend or terminate Affiliate participation for reasons including:
* Violation of this Agreement;
* Misleading advertising;
* Fraudulent transactions;
* Spam activity;

* Violation of applicable laws or platform rules;
* Activities that may damage Biofusion Compounds reputation.
Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately stop using Biofusion Compounds branding, links, and promotional materials.

# 12. Intellectual Property

* Violation of this Agreement.
